Polina is currently responsible for the eCommerce strategy for 20 countries in East Europe including Aggregators, On demand delivery, Platforms & chains, DTC, along with the Digital Marketing strategy for 10 countries in East Europe. She is leading the partnerships overview for the cluster, growing the quick commerce channel, developing eCommerce strategy for new markets, and implementing an overview of digital marketing strategy according to markets’ KPIs & brands.
